Privacy Policy

VOH Global Radio (the website radio.voiceofhopeglobalmedia.com and the VOH Global Radio mobile app) is operated by Voice of Hope Global Ministries ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information you give us

If you send a prayer request, we receive the name, email address and request you choose to enter, whether you marked it confidential, your selected language, and the country your request came from (derived from your network connection). Name and email are optional. We use this only to pray for you and, if you gave an email, to reply to you. Requests marked confidential are seen only by our prayer team.

Notifications

If you turn on "Daily prayer" notifications, a push subscription identifier is stored by our notification provider, OneSignal, so we can send you the daily prayer. You can turn notifications off at any time with the same button or in your device settings.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and device type to deliver and protect the service. The app saves your language choice and sleep-timer settings on your own device only.

Third-party content

The app shows embedded content from YouTube, Facebook links, Bible websites (BibleHub, BibleGateway) and PayPal for giving. Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect data when you use them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not show advertising or use your data for ads.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep prayer requests only as long as needed for ministry follow-up. To ask us to delete your request or any information about you, email [email protected].
